blush provides a fully secure shopping environment and is a "globalsign secure" site. all credit cards and other personal/confidential information are encrypted using ssl technology.
once your order is placed a standard processing time of up to 2 business days is required before the order is shipped out.
orders placed after 1:00 pm EST may be processed the next business day and orders placed over the weekend and on holidays will be processed the next business day starting at 8:00 am EST.
please note that during peak sale periods and new product launches processing times may vary.
blush accepts visa, master card, american express, paypal, apple pay, google pay and blush gift cards.
once your order has been placed, the necessary funds are held under form of pre-authorization. this is not an actual charge. the pre-authorization ensures that sufficient funds will be available to carry out the transaction.
once your order has been shipped, your card is charged according to the amount and currency of your order.
if your order is unfortunately cancelled, blush will release the pre-authorization immediately. please note that it may take your bank additional time to process the funds back to your account.
once your order has been placed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. the order confirmation acts as an invoice and includes your order number and all relevant details.
if you notice any errors on your order confirmation, please contact customer care so we can modify your order. you can also review your order details by accessing your dashboard via your blush account.
should you wish to modify your order, please contact customer care. certain revisions may be made, as long as your order has not yet been processed.
should your wish to cancel your order, please contact customer care. we can accommodate cancellations, as long as your order has not yet been shipped.

if previously purchased merchandise on blushlingerie.com is marked down within seven (7) days of the original order date, blush will offer a one time price adjustment. the same style and size must be in stock at the time of your price adjustment request.
to receive a price adjustment, please contact customer care and include your original order reference number with your request. no adjustments will be made for purchased items on sale at any other retailer or web store.
